We work with organisations in many different ways. In all cases the client’s needs will shape the service we offer and we have no standard approach.

We have been working with some of our clients for over 10 years and never cease to be surprised at the number of different areas in which we have been able to help them.

Sometimes they need people on the ground in their offices. Sometimes they want to outsource key responsibilities, for a variety of reasons including calibre of input, accountability, logistics and cost. Sometimes they want a sounding board or an objective opinion. Sometimes they want themselves or their staff taken out of their comfort zones. The list goes on.

Many clients enjoy the flexibility of being able to buy our services on a by-the-yard basis. That said, the need to assign budgets means that we do a lot of work based on fixed fees for individual projects.
